【产品应用场景1】

中子治疗，硼中子俘获治疗（Boron Neutron Capture Therapy，简称BNCT）。

       BNCT的原理是利用发生在肿瘤细胞内的核反应摧毁癌细胞，由于同时需要中子源和B，因此，是一种二元化治疗肿瘤的新方法。BNCT的基本过程分为两部分：首先在肿瘤细胞内聚积足够量的稳定性核素B，即将一种含B的化合物引入患者体内，这种化合物与肿瘤细胞有很强的亲和力，进入体内后，迅速聚集于肿瘤细胞内，而在其它正常组织中分布很少；然后再用中子束照射肿瘤部位，使中子与肿瘤细胞内聚集的B发生B（n,α）Li核反应，B俘获中子后，形成同位素B，B迅速分裂为重粒子Li和α，肿瘤细胞被α射线和Li照射而死亡。适用于硼中子捕获治疗的含硼化合物应具备四个重要特性：对人体毒性低、对正常细胞的亲和性低、对癌细胞的亲和性高（最好可达正常细胞的3倍以上，且每克癌细胞分布的硼达到20微克以上）、能被人体迅速从正常细胞和血液移除。目前仅有两种含硼化合物应用在临床试验：Sodium Borocaptate (BSH)以及Boronophenylalanine(BPA)。

Mirus Bio公司是世界上最早开发高效、低细胞毒性转染试剂的公司之一，同时也是目前该类试剂最主要的供应商之一。Mirus Bio的大部分转染试剂可以在含有血清的培养基中进行转染，省去了更换培养基的麻烦。TransIT-L1是Mirus产品的王牌，自1995年开发出来就申请了美国专利(US 5,744,335)。该项专利技术后来License给了Roche公司，以Fugene 6的品牌对外销售。TransIT-TKO & siQUEST转染试剂是常规siRNA转染试剂的王牌，与脂质体介导的转染试剂相比，该转染试剂可以高效转染siRNA，并且极大地降低了细胞的损伤程度。该试剂与siRNA混合转染细胞时，可以特异性剔除某些基因的表达，用于siRNA介导的基因沉默现象的研究。TransIT-Oligo转染试剂是即用型试剂，可以高效地将各种类型的寡聚核苷酸和寡聚脱氧核苷酸转染至受体细胞中。

 

此外，Mirus Bio还开发了专门针对特殊细胞的体外转染试剂，例如分别针对Jurkat，COS，3T3等细胞的转染试剂。Mirus Bio的科学家们新近开发了一种新的DNA转染试剂：TransITTM-2020 Transfection Reagent。TransITTM的性能优于FuGENETM、LipofectamineTM 2000和 LipofectamineTM 2000 CD；可在多种类型的细胞（包括难转染细胞）中实现高表达。

Chemtrade专业生产氢氧化铝胶佐剂，用于细菌疫苗、狂犬病疫苗、HPV疫苗、肺炎球菌疫苗、流感疫苗产品等。Chemtrade氢氧化铝胶佐剂主要用于动物疫苗的生产中，作为佐剂与疫苗抗原混合使用。其使用方法通常是将佐剂与抗原以一定比例混合均匀，然后注入动物体内以产生免疫效果。


Chemtrade佐剂特点包括：

（1）粒径小：Chemtrade氢氧化铝胶佐剂的粒径较小，这使得其具有更大的表面积和更强的吸附能力。这一特点使得佐剂能够更有效地与疫苗抗原结合，提高疫苗的免疫效果。

（2）高吸附能力：由于粒径小和表面积大，Chemtrade氢氧化铝胶佐剂能够吸附更多的抗原，从而增强疫苗的免疫原性和稳定性。
